About the role

The purpose of the Environmental Technician role is to be responsible for safe handling, processing, and disposal of hazardous waste while ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations and Evolution’s Sustainability Performance Standards. This position also supports environmental monitoring programs to ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations. This role is to recruit for a new vacancy.

The position will be on an 5/2/4/3 (9 – hour day) roster and will be based residentially in Red Lake, Ontario.

We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth. The compensation range for this role is $72, - $86, CAD.

Key result areas in this role include:

Hazardous Waste Management

Safely handle, package, process, and track hazardous waste materials for disposal, treatment, or recycling.

Maintain detailed waste inventory and accurate records of hazardous materials.
