Job Description

OEM Certified Technician needed for our client with accounts in Crestview, FL and surrounding market. Ideal candidate will be self motivated and have a high level of customer service for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, along with great mileage program and full benefits.

Purpose:

  • Serves customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.

  • Repairs and maintains office equipment by performing diagnostic tests; cleaning, repairing, or replacing parts and components; maintains parts and supplies inventory.

  • Maintains customers’ operations by maintaining equipment performance; providing training.

  • Provides high level of customer service and technical support via the telephone, online, or in person.
