Responsibilities

• Sustains the wafer level trim and standard probe process by validating wafer visual mechanical defects and breakdowns due to process‑induced issues and misprocessing of lots.
• Provides disposition based on spec requirements or limits.
• Accomplishes the target performance metrics required by the manager.
• Performs regular audit to ensure compliance to the current specs.
• Reports discrepancy on existing specs or procedures vs. the actual practice.
