Collaborate with clients to understand their products, use cases, and user needs. Proactively identify and implement improvements to content, processes, and tools (e.g., Docusaurus, Mintlify, Readme.io). Write detailed API endpoint documentation using the OpenAPI specification, including precise request/response examples.
