Full-time Media and Communication Workers

Responsibilities- Take ownership of writing deliverables, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices as outlined by the Technical Writing team- Follow and apply the style guide to all documentation- Complete assigned work in a timely manner and provide regular updates on progress- Seek and apply feedback to improve documentation quality- Prioritize tasks effectively and participate in team meetings- Demonstrate a positive attitude when working through challenges- Forge positive relationships within the team and across departments- In collaboration with the Taxonomy group, manage and improve Confluence organization and architecture, including tagging/labeling- Maintain pages in Technology and other designated spaces- Ensure Confluence spaces are regularly archived with tools or manual processes- Work closely with Taxonomy and Enterprise Services to optimize search and platform usageWhat we are looking for:- Strong command of written English, with the ability to write elegant, rea...
