Position Summary
Client is seeking a contract Technical Writer, with potential for direct hire, to support the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related work instructions for SAP-enabled business processes, as well as non-SAP business processes across Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, and Manufacturing operations.
This role will partner with Value Stream Leads, business SMEs, and project team members to capture and document business processes in a clear, consistent, and controlled format.
The position has two primary objectives:
- Reduce the documentation workload of Value Stream Leads so they can focus on business operations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in support of SAP implementation.
