Job overview and responsibilities
Provides administrative and transactional support for authoring and editing of manuals and/or maintenance task cards used to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Collect source documents, revise and maintain library requirements for technical manuals, company manuals, or task cards according to approved change request documents and internal standard procedures.
Initiates basic technical document changes in accordance with United Airlines policy
Perform peer-to-peer reviews and routine audits to ensure compliance to company and regulatory standards.
Interfaces with Maintenance Programs facilitating effective communication to manage workload in accordance with business requirements
