Responsibilities
ā¢Take ownership of writing deliverables, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices as outlined by the Technical Writing team
ā¢Follow and apply the style guide to all documentation
ā¢Complete assigned work in a timely manner and provide regular updates on progress
ā¢Seek and apply feedback to improve documentation quality
ā¢Prioritize tasks effectively and participate in team meetings
ā¢Demonstrate a positive attitude when working through challenges
ā¢Forge positive relationships within the team and across departments
ā¢In collaboration with the Taxonomy group, manage and improve Confluence organization and architecture, including tagging/labeling
ā¢Maintain pages in Technology and other designated spaces
ā¢Ensure Confluence spaces are regularly archived with tools or manual processes
ā¢Work closely with Taxonomy and Enterprise Services to optimize search and platform usage
