This is a key leadership role responsible for managing a team of Technical Trainers, ensuring high-quality training delivery, and developing innovative learning solutions that support employees, partners, and customers.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Leading and develop a team of Technical Trainers, ensuring capability, performance, and resource planning align with business needs.
• Overseeing the design, delivery, and governance of technical training programmes across multiple product lines and competency levels.
