The Product training and knowledge department (MKK) is part of the Marketing organization.Our department define and maintains the complete product training portfolio for Video systems products but is also responsible for all technical product introductions.
Our mission is to enable customers, end-users, key influencers and internal associates to deeply understand unique value proposition, competitive advantage as well as technical features of our products and to solve project related problems. We also ensure customer certification requirements.
Next to this, we also ensure that our showroom is always equipped with the newest equipment to provide the best experience for our customers
Key Responsibility: Creation of technical training content for online trainings in our Academy as also technical How To videos. The installation and configuration of the network and hardware of our new showroom.
