Responsibilities
- Deliver technical training to dealership technicians and aftersales teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to brand standards.
- Plan and develop the training center's infrastructure and programs.
- Design and implement aftersales training programs for the dealer network.
- Establish dealer staff training certification standards proportional to business volumes.
- Develop, prepare, and translate training materials.
- Craft and deliver training in various formats, including in-person, online, and streaming, as well as blended approaches.
