PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide Skills Development initiatives and continuously improve competency of our workforce in order to satisfy business needs and meet safety & legal requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12/NQF4 equivalent is essential Relevant HR Diploma/Degree is desirable ISO 9001, Assessor and Moderator Certificate is essential Level 4 ETDP withing 2 years of appointment is essential Minimum of 3 years working experience as in a supervisory position within the mining environment is essential Must have a valid medical certificate or be medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate
COMPETENCIES: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) Supervisory skills ISO 9001 Standards SAP Learning Delivery system / Training Processes
