Mission Overview:
As a Technical Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality technical training for our dealer network and internal teams at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the correct maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles, in line with manufacturer standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training sessions (classroom, workshop, digital or blended learning).
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer to technicians and dealer staff.
- Adapt training approach to audience level (junior to expert).
- Translate manufacturer training material into clear, practical and impactful modules.
