• Resolve trading issues and escalate when necessary
• Liaise with trading groups in the US and UK
• Disseminate important platform information to staff
• Automate processes for improved trade support
• Monitor and deploy internal trading systems accordingly
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in support roles within trading environments
• Strong knowledge of equities and financial markets
