Position Overview: 

The Technical Team Lead (TTL) is responsible for leading a team of software developers, ensuring high-quality software delivery aligned with product and project goals. This role balances technical oversight, team coordination, code quality, and process adherence throughout the software development lifecycle. TTL also acts as a liaison between developers and management, guiding the team technically and functionally. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Project & Technical Leadership 

• Lead the software development team through project lifecycles. 
• Participate in technical and architectural discussions and provide implementation-oriented feedback aligned with approved architecture standards. 
• Support implementation of approved technologies, frameworks, and technical patterns.
