Ready to shape the future of Auckland’s pavements?
We’re looking for a Technical Surfacing Specialist to lift the quality and performance of asphalt across Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland. We’re after someone who lives and breathes pavements, understands both design and delivery, and enjoys working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with crews.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
- Driving quality improvements in asphalt production and paving across the Auckland region
- Providing technical surfacing support – mix design, material selection, paving methodology, QA/QC and troubleshooting on live jobs
- Monitoring site works to make sure they meet NZTA, local authority and project specs, and fixing issues before they become problems
- Upskilling supervisors, engineers and crews in best‑practice surfacing and “what good looks like” on the ground
