Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to products or services
- Provide step-by-step guidance to users to resolve problems
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant technical teams
- Log and track support tickets accurately in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, systems, and processes
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image
