Job Description
Become the primary technical support liaison for Airbus Helicopters Canada as a Technical Support Representative in Portage la Prairie. Focus on ensuring mission readiness and providing top-notch customer support.
This role supports a strategic government client for a 13-month contract, allowing you to leverage your extensive aircraft maintenance experience along with technical expertise on the Airbus H135 platform. Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you'll maintain strong relationships at all levels and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the on-site technical support representative
• Communicate directly with customers for technical inquiries
• Troubleshoot and assist with repair requests
• Report customer issues into the Airbus WEBTEK tool
