The position – Technical Support Specialist, Commercial Lines

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing team! The ideal candidate would have a minimum of five years’ experience working in the insurance industry and has a passion for delivering extraordinary service.

Key responsibilities

To provide administrative and technical support to account managers/executives in compliance with current protocols. To assist in achieving the end result of providing prompt, efficient service to our clients.

Duties

• Prompt handling of Confirmation of Insurance and Certificates of Insurance
• Renewal Certificate Word Merge management, taking initiative on commercial renewals and transportation on request
• Claims Handling: open and closing notices, summaries, updates in Sig, large loss notification
