Enhance your career with L3Harris as a First Line Technical Support Specialist in Trenton, ON. This 18-month contract role focuses on supporting critical aircraft maintenance operations for the Royal Canadian Air Force.
As a Technical Support professional, you will be invaluable to the CC150/CC130 Program. This role requires adaptability and a customer-focused mindset, playing a key part in providing technical tools and support to aircraft maintenance teams both onsite and globally. Your expertise will also be crucial in training users and troubleshooting various IT systems to ensure smooth operations across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain user accounts in Microsoft/Azure/Active Directory
• Troubleshoot Jira and Service Now tickets with urgency
• Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff efficiently
• Coordinate temporary office setups for maintenance operations
