Job Summary
As a Technical Support Representative, you will interact with patients, parents, and caretakers of people affected by diabetes that use Dexcom products. You will provide troubleshooting assistance and ensure a high‑quality experience for each patient.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone, written email and chat sessions.
- Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
