Technical Support Rep - Security Systems (Bilingual: French / English - On-Site)

Technical Support Specialist – Security Systems provides first-line technical support for electronic security systems including IP security cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVRs), access control systems, and network switches. The position requires fluency in both English and French to support bilingual customers and stakeholders. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

What You Will Do In This Role

• Troubleshooting for IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, Access control systems, Network switches (PoE), perform basic remote diagnostics and configuration changes.
• Incident & Ticket Management
• Customer communication in both English and French
