What does the job look like?
As a Technical Support Officer, you will provide technical support and advice to Field Technicians and contractors to ensure high levels of service delivery and operational performance.
Key areas include:
- Analyse and investigate trends to reduce call rates and maximising customer satisfaction
- Support and manage technical escalations and taking ownership of end outcomes
- Provide Level 2 help desk support to Field Technicians and subcontractors
- Undertake field work where needed to resolve complex issues
