Job Description

Become a part of Concentrix as a Technical Support Representative for security systems. Provide bilingual technical assistance for IP cameras and NVR systems on site.
This on-site role requires fluency in both French and English, allowing you to effectively assist a diverse customer base. You’ll troubleshoot and configure security technologies while managing incidents and tickets. Your technical expertise will ensure clients receive reliable resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of help desk experience
