Profile - Technical Support Upselling Role Overview Join our team in Mohali as a Technical Support Executive. We are looking for graduates capable of delivering high-quality support via chat while identifying opportunities to help International customers scale their solutions through proactive upselling. Key Responsibilities Chat-Based Support: Resolve technical issues related to Domain and Web hosting services. Consultative Upselling: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate upgrades (e.g., VPS, Dedicated servers) or security add-ons to improve performance. Problem Resolution: Diagnose and fix technical errors with clear, step-by-step guidance. Target Achievement: Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT), response times, and monthly sales conversions.
