- Monday - Friday (8.30am-6pm)
- Location: Ubi
- Performance Bonus & Career Progression
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and onsite visits.
- Perform equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and technical briefings for customers.
- Support inโhouse repair activities and provide technical guidance when required.
- Maintain accurate service reports and ensure timely followโup on customer enquiries and support cases.
