We’re hiring for our client for a skilled L1/L2 Support Engineer – Saa S Operations. This hire is for the global Support & Operations team to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Saa S clients. This role involves rotating shifts, including evening and night shifts, with all work conducted in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 (phone/email) and L2 (troubleshooting and resolution) support.
Monitor and manage Saa S platforms, ensuring smooth operations.
Perform daily operational tasks, including shift and weekend coverage.
Support release management and automation activities.
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
Participate in occasional onsite assignments when required.
