About You
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically proficient Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As the senior field expert, you will be a key technical authority supporting Otis operations in Singapore, playing a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of our elevator systems. Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues, you will combine deep hands‑on expertise with strong collaboration across field teams, engineering, and product support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized technical support for Otis elevator systems, including Gen2, SkyRise, and CompassPlus technologies.
