Job Description
Requirements
- Open to candidates with a background in Technical or Mechanical Engineering
- Familiar with 2D and/or 3D technical drawings (e.g., CAD software)
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC products or solutions
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Perform selection, costing & detail quotations based on project specification related HVAC product.
- Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support
- Assist in customizing products to meet client requirements
- Work with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback
- Coordinate order processing & delivery logistics to meet customer expectation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction
