Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product design team to determine product testing parameters
- Write, create, and update test plans and develop test cases for products in line with software and hardware enhancement and development cycle
- Ensure all tests and procedures comply with company and industry standards
- Oversee software and hardware readiness to ensure products are fully functional and ready for sale to customers
- Develop testing automation procedures and programs in alignment with the product development cycle
- Prepare and maintain testing automation procedure documentation for technicians
- Prepare test reports for team leader
