Role Summary
A highly skilled and experienced Platform Support Engineer with Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP), Linux and other Platforms like RH Open Stack and AWS is sought.Key Responsibilities
- Incident Management and resolution for Customer incidents for Live production sites with respect to Platform Issues and incidents with aggressive timelines (SLA)
