JOB SUMMARY
The Technical Support Engineer will oversee designing, implementing, and maintaining the network and security infrastructure.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESKnowledgeable in structured cabling and hands-on experience. Evaluates the existing network and security infrastructure and give recommendations. Manages and monitors all have installed infrastructure to be in line with products’ best practice. Maintaining all installed infrastructure. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other problems.
