Responsibilities
- • Support LAN troubleshooting and manage switches
- • Provide installation and de-installation for network hardware and software
- • Problem management, escalation, notification, and 3rd party vendor escalation
- • Provide maintenance of network documentation for in scope equipment
- • Coordinate and manage IP addressing
- • Install, configure and troubleshoot the major network-related product e.g: Cisco IPTel, HP Procurved & other brands’ router & switches, firewall, MPLS etc
- • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting network issues, OS configuration, hardware and repair system software
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical specialization; Posses CCNA certification
