- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system stability and user experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in a technical support or IT support role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS)
