Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a technical support or IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS)
