Job Description

We are seeking Technical Support Engineers with a software engineering background to support developers by investigating, reproducing, and resolving technical issues reported through support cases. This role applies software engineering skills in a case-driven environment, focusing on debugging integration issues and guiding resolution.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

  • Own developer-reported issues from intake through resolution or escalation
  • Investigate issues starting from external symptoms (e.g., failing API calls, unexpected behavior)
  • Reproduce issues using:
    • APIs
    • SDKs
    • APIs
    • SDKs
    • application behavior
  • Analyze logs, payloads, and system responses to isolate root causes
  • Communicate findings, workarounds, and resolutions clearly to developers
  • Escalate complex system-level issues with detailed technical context
