Job Description
Technical Support Engineer
We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help deploy, configure, and support our enterprise AI solutions at customer sites. You will work closely with our engineering team and customers to ensure successful implementation, troubleshooting, and operation of our AI applications.
What You'll Do
- Deploy and configure software at customer environments
- Support customer onboarding and go-live activities
- Troubleshoot application, network, and infrastructure issues
- Work closely with customer IT teams during implementation
- Configure and validate APIs, integrations, and application settings
- Perform testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Train users and provide technical guidance
- Escalate bugs and technical issues to engineering teams
- Provide onsite and remote technical support when required
