Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support Regional Sales Managers and Account Managers in achieving sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Create, review, and manage commercial and technical sales offers, quotations, and proposals.
- Maintain and update sales opportunities, leads, and customer records within SAP CRM/C4C.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and proactively follow up on leads, opportunities, and pending customer actions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate pricing, technical compliance, and timely delivery of proposals.
- Track bid submissions, proposal deadlines, and customer requirements.
- Act as a primary support resource for customer inquiries related to quotations, product information, and order status.
