Job Description

Responsibilities:


โ— Identifying customersโ€™ requirements and onboarding customers with our no-code software.

โ— Integration with 3rd party software using our no code API & Webhook builders/

โ— Troubleshooting the logical issues in the software products and educating the customers on proper usage of different features.

โ— Develop and sustain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.

โ— Increase the product usage ratio by educating the customers about different possibilities and values the product can add to their business

โ— Provided technical support and guidance on software features and functionalities.

โ— Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

โ— Minimise the Churn ratio by providing high-quality customer support and experience Qualifications: Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT, Computer Science.
