Respondent is a profitable research marketplace with real traction — research teams at Microsoft, Canva, and Anthropic use the platform to recruit participants for studies. We have 4 million participants across 150+ countries, a growing customer base, and a business that funds its own growth. The foundation is solid.
Now we’re scaling — and with that comes more API partners, more integrations, and more complexity across the platform. This role exists to build the technical operations layer that scales with it: owning API partner relationships end-to-end — from onboarding and implementation through to long-term support — and managing platform-wide triage to make sure everything that reaches Engineering is well-understood and ready to act on.
