Providing Technical assistance to customers and sales team in ensuring accurate product selection, quotations, and order execution. Sales - Internal Sales functions including telesales, processing of orders and all other customer service-related activities Order Processing. Tool Repairs - Responsible for all JHB Branch repairs (managing full process from return to replacement / repair / calibration) Pro Active Selling. Technical Enquiries - Attending to all technical support enquiries (Staff & Customers.). Evaluation of faulty products received & advising customers of warranties VS repairs. Monitor customer returns. Identify & communicate trends. Update as required Calibrations list, Repairs list / timelines and warranty procedure. Telesales Assist customers with product selection and demonstrations based on application, industry, and budget requirements.
