The Technical SupportĀ AssociateĀ documents complaints and inquiries on product distributed by Abbott ARDxĀ through Infectious Diseases, Toxicology and theĀ Cardiometabolic and InformaticsĀ business units.Ā The role provides first line technical support to end users, distributors and commercial teams via phone, web-basedĀ toolsĀ and e-mail.Ā Technical supportĀ assistsĀ the customer by providing guidance on the products intendedĀ useĀ andĀ addressingĀ specific user issues. The team carries out its responsibilities whileĀ maintainingĀ complianceĀ toĀ medical device and diagnostics post-market surveillance regulations.
