Job Description
Responsibilities:
β’ Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, typically of a high complexity
β’ Consult on server/network/application problems and provide suitable solutions
β’ Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors
β’ Maintain full documentation of communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or other solution activities
β’ Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
Skills:
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Strong knowledge of procedures used for installations, modification, maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software
