Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first- and second-line support for technical issues
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, and network devices
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity
• Set up IT infrastructure for new office locations
• Document IT procedures and manage user accounts
Requirements:
• Degree in IT or related field
• 1-2 years in technical or network support
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
