Job Description
BD Group is seeking an experienced and driven Technical Supervisor to oversee our Reactive Repairs and WIP team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing operatives and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the Reactive Repairs and WIP teams from first report through to completion.
Supervise directly employed operatives and specialist subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and performance.
Conduct site visits, pre- and post-inspections, and monitor works to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Ensure accurate raising, allocation, and completion of work orders, including chasing progress and managing invoicing processes.
Liaise with scheduling teams to ensure job specifications and durations are accurate and fit for purpose.
