Technical Staff Member, Forward Deployed AI Systems

In this role, you will engage in the development and deployment of applied AI systems within high-assurance, mission-critical environments. You will be responsible for model experimentation, infrastructure management, and working closely with strategic partners in forward-deployed settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and research workflows.
• Design and run reinforcement learning (RL) environments for experimentation and training.
• Develop and scale model inference systems.
• Implement and maintain SDKs and integrations across frontier AI platforms.
• Build agentic systems (multi-agent, tools, RAG) using modern LLM stacks.
• Transition systems from prototype to production, ensuring reliability and security.
• Collaborate directly with partners on sensitive, high-impact use cases.
