Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing Panasonic’s Heating & Cooling strategy to life. You are the technical expert behind our innovative solutions, including heat pumps (A2W), room air conditioners (RAC, PAC), and VRF systems.

Your role is varied, hands-on, and impactful. You will:
  • Provide high-level technical support to distributors, installers, and end users, both on-site and remotely
  • Deliver engaging product and service training sessions for customers and service partners
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials
  • Proactively contribute ideas to improve processes and operations together with your colleagues and Service Manager
  • Collaborate closely with our European Technical Support Team
  • Support the call center with technical inquiries via phone and email, ensuring fast, effective, and customer-oriented solutions
