Role Overview
The Technical Specialist, Real Property Management supports regional coordinators by providing advice and services related to Facilities Maintenance (FM), Energy Performance Contracts (EPC), and Service Contracts (SC). The incumbent acts as a technical specialist and provides support to Client-Partners, including reviewing and authorizing change requests that exceed site-level delegated signing authority.
