Job Description
Primary responsibility is to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure optimal machine conditions, and serve as the main technical support for production teams to maintain continuous, efficient plant operations.
Job Responsibilities
a) On-shift support
Acts as the primary technical support contact for the Shift Production Team (Shift Manager and Operators).
Responsible for attending to line issues or breakdowns, performing primary troubleshooting, rectifying issues, and handing over the line back to production.
If an issue requires extended time, escalation or additional support must be initiated according to the Escalation Matrix within the specified timeframe.
Responsible for all Breakdown-related SAP transactions , including:
Conversion of Z1 notifications
Completing breakdown information in ZM01 Work Orders
