As a Technical Specialist youll be the go-to expert for installation servicing and client training on our cutting-edge instruments. Youll also play a key role in marketing our solutions building relationships and supporting exhibitions and events.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Install maintain and troubleshoot diamond verification instruments across client sites in the UAE.
• Deliver technical training to client operators to reduce downtime and improve first-line maintenance.
• Provide rapid support (within 24 working days) and ensure high instrument uptime.
