We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support recruiting efforts across several hard-to-fill professional openings. This individual will focus heavily on identifying and engaging top talent for Information Technology (IT) and high-level Tax positions.
+ Source and identify qualified candidates for IT and Tax-related positions
+ Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines
+ Conduct candidate outreach and initial engagement activities
+ Build and maintain target candidate pools for current and future openings
+ Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2+ years of sourcing experience within IT, technical and accounting background
+ Experience sourcing technical and/or professional-level talent
